One person was robbed by two men with a machete at Adamstuen in Oslo on Sunday night. Police have arrested one man.

The robbery happened at Schønings gate, and the police were notified of the incident at 1:39 AM.

The police are investigating whether the two men are behind multiple robberies after a report came in that another person had also been robbed at Adamstuen half an hour later.

“It may indicate that they have tried to rob more people,” operations manager Gjermund Stokkli in the Oslo police stated.

One man was arrested in the area at around 2:30 AM. Police found a machete in connection with the arrest. There are no reports of injuries.
