Six people fell through the ice on Sunday, but none of them were injured. Now, the police warn that the ice in the area around Kalvøya outside Sandvika in Bærum is unsafe.

On Twitter, the Oslo Police District stated that many people are visiting the ice in the area.

“The ice is not safe. We request that you do not stay/move on the ice in this area,” the police warned.

They stated that six people fell through the ice but that all of them managed to escape without injuries.

Both police crews and a police boat moved out to the scene to assist those who fell through. The fire and rescue service also intervened, the police said.
