Police: Woman raped and robbed in Mandal
A woman (the 50’s) going out on Saturday night has been assaulted, raped and robbed in Mandal. Witnesses are being asked to contact police.
The attack took place when the woman was heading to a camp site, Sjøsanden of Agder Police said in a statement.
– The woman describes the perpetrator to be a man, fair-skinned, and darkly dressed, says Station cheif Leif Vagleskogen in Mandal.
Police want information from witnesses who may have seen or heard the incident, or saw a suspicious person who may be linked to the assault.
The woman was also robbed of her purse and keys to her car and house.
