A Polish man in his late 50s was found dead in a house on Fjellhamar in Lørenskog on Sunday night. Six men have been arrested and charged in the case.

In the night between Saturday and Sunday, the police received a report that a man was allegedly the victim of a serious incident of violence in the home in question.

A few minutes later, the police were notified that the man was dead.

“A full investigation has been launched, and an initial interrogation of those involved and witnesses has been carried out,” police attorney John Skarpeid in the Eastern Police District told NTB on Sunday.

Six people arrested

Six people have been arrested and charged in the case. They are in custody at the police station in Lillestrøm.

“At the moment, we do not want to say anything more in the case for the sake of the investigation. We will come back with more information later,” Skarpeid said.

No circumstances are currently known about the arrest, and it is not known if there is a relationship between the men and the deceased.

The deceased will be autopsied on Monday or early next week.
