Russian President Vladimir Putin condemns “the brutality and cynicism” in what apparently was a terrorist attack on a Christmas market in Berlin.
– This crime, committed against peaceful civilians, shocks us with its brutality and cynicism, says Putin in a condolence message to the leaders in Germany.
A truck was deliberately driven at high speed into a crowd at a Christmas market in Berlin on Monday evening. Twelve people were killed and 48 wounded.
