Relations between China and Norway normalize
Relations between China and Norway have ‘normalized’. The two countries can resume negotiations on a free trade agreement.
Norway has not had political contacts with China since 2010.
‘The situation since 2010 has been challenging. The normalization of our relationship is the result of long and painstaking diplomatic efforts at many levels; made to restore confidence between our two countries’, said Foreign Minister, Børge Brende.
