Only half of the employees of the Church of Norway with LGBT identity spoke out about it, a recent report shows.

The report, which has been commissioned by the Church Council, maps, among other things, the working conditions for employees of the Church of Norway (DNK) with LGBT identity.

It appears that one in five LGBT employees in the Church of Norway has experienced discrimination, according to newspaper Vårt Land.

The report also shows that only half of the employees in the Church of Norway with LGBT identity spoke out about it.

LGBT+ is a collective term for lesbians, gays, bisexuals, and transgender people.
