Multiple mountain passes between the east and the west in Southern Norway are closed due to bad weather.
At 6:15 AM on Wednesday, Vegtrafikksentralen reported that national road 7 over Hardangervidda, county road 50 between Hol and Aurland, county road 53 between Tyin and Årdal, national road 13 over Vikafjellet, and national road 15 over Strynefjellet were closed.
The E134 over Haukelifjell is also closed due to snow, wind, and poor visibility. The road will be closed for the day.
The E16 over Filefjell and national road 52 over Hemsedalsfjellet are open.
The Bergen Line is also closed between Geilo and Hallingskeid due to large amounts of snow and bad weather.
