Siv Jensen has received several job applications after she announced her resignation as leader of the Progress Party (FRP).

Jensen will lead the FRP until the annual meeting in May, and she will not be re-elected to the Norwegian parliament (Storting) this autumn.

It is uncertain what she will do in the future.

“I will not go anywhere before October, so I have some time to think,” Jensen told TV 2.

Although she has received several job offers, she does not know what her future job will be.

“I have no idea what I will work on,” she said.

Jensen was Minister of Finance from October 2013 to January 2020. She has been the FRP’s leader for 20 years and has pointed to Sylvi Listhaug as her preferred heir.
