A 30-year-old man is charged with inflicting grievous bodily harm after he stabbed a man in the chest with a kitchen knife in Skien last summer.
The incident happened on July 24 last year in an apartment in the northern part of Skien.
On the night of July 25, the police reported that they had arrested two people in connection with the case and that one person had been taken to the hospital by ambulance, according to newspaper Telemarkavisa.
The public prosecutors in Vestfold, Telemark, and Buskerud have charged the 30-year-old man with grievous bodily harm after the episode of violence.
According to the indictment, the accused stabbed a man several times with a kitchen knife, the newspaper writes.
The man who was injured was on sick leave for a month after the incident.
