The case against the football coach from Lyngdal in Southern Norway, who is accused of the physical and online abuse of eight boys, will come up in court in March.

The case will be processed in Agder District Court in Farsund from March 14 to March 25.

The man in his 20s is accused of having abused his position and sexually abusing the boys he trained. He has denied criminal guilt since he was charged in the case in September last year.

The boys were aged 14 to 16 years. According to the indictment, the abuse is said to have lasted for a long period of time.

The man was arrested and taken into custody on August 20 last year but was released in January. The prosecution did not request an extension of custody as it believed there was no longer a danger of evidence being lost.
