Stoltenberg: Norway’s FHI is making plans to offer people under the age of 65 the third vaccine dose
The National Institute of Public Health (FHI) has intensified its work related to the distribution of the third corona vaccine dose to those under 65, director Camilla Stoltenberg said on Thursday.
“We have already started planning for a third dose, because we expect that it will happen… We don’t have a position on the exact time… We are now considering it and have made the necessary plans,” Stoltenberg told Norwegian Broadcasting (NRK).
“The assessment will be made quickly,” she added, noting that the third dose of the vaccine is an important step in reducing the burden of the disease.
