NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg will give a speech on Thursday, August 4, during the AUF’s summer camp on Utøya.
He will talk about the importance of NATO and the war in Ukraine, NATO said in a press release on Wednesday.
Stoltenberg was most recently on Utøya during the July 22 commemoration this year.
The former prime minister told NTB that it was painful to be back on the island eleven years after the terrorist attacks but that it was also beautiful to see everyone supporting and comforting each other.
