Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre (AP) says he is happy with the choice of Odd Roger Enoksen’s replacement.
“I can say that we have arrived at a very good solution that I am satisfied with,” Støre told NTB on Monday.
The new minister will be presented on Tuesday.
Støre says that the Prime Minister, the Minister of Defense, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs must be completely in agreement when the situation in the world is as serious as it is now.
Odd Roger Enoksen (Sp) resigned this weekend as Minister of Defense after VG reported on a previous relationship he had with a young woman.
