Sweden has completed the evacuation of its personnel from Afghanistan
Swedish authorities have completed the evacuation from Kabul airport, Swedish Foreign Minister Ann Linde said.
At a press conference on Friday, Linde stated that Swedish personnel is no longer present in the country.
To date, Sweden has evacuated about 1,100 people from Afghanistan.
Most have landed in Sweden, but some are still in transit in Georgia’s capital Tbilisi.
