Swedish driver charged with negligent homicide after collision in Fredrikstad
A Swedish driver has been charged with negligent homicide after a collision that took place in November last year, in which an 89-year-old woman died after being hit by a trailer.
The collision happened at Begby in Fredrikstad. The 71-year-old Swedish driver has now been charged with negligent homicide, the newspaper Fredriksstad Blad writes.
The prosecuting authority will ask for compensation to the victim’s survivors. It will also request that the driver loses his driving license.
