Swedish police have invested large resources in the search for the person who killed the rap artist Einár. Now they are going from door to door, hoping to find clues.

The murder of 19-year-old rapper Nils Grönberg, better known as Einár, has shocked Sweden. The murder is believed to be linked to gang crime, which may mean that witnesses do not dare to talk to the police.

On Sunday morning, the police had nothing new to say about the investigation, except that they will review the results so far.

“We knocked on doors yesterday, and we will review the results of the effort. The security work in the area – contact with people – continues today as well,” police spokesperson Carina Skagerlind said.

Grönberg was shot and killed in a residential area south of Stockholm on Thursday night. Police have previously stated that eyewitnesses said they saw one or two people running from the scene after the shots.
