A boy in his teens has been imprisoned for two weeks after a violent incident in a house on Sotra this weekend.

The teenager was arrested on Sunday night. On Tuesday, he was produced for custody and imprisoned for two weeks, the newspaper Bergensavisen writes.

The police originally asked for four weeks of custody, but the district court rejected the demand.

The teenager is accused of causing a concussion and inflicting a skull fracture in an attack on a man. According to the newspaper, he allegedly participated in kicking three other people in the head and body.

“These are serious incidents of violence. He is charged with inflicting grievous bodily harm and bodily injury,” the police told BA.
