A teenager was robbed by four people in the center of Porsgrunn late on Friday night. Three of them have been arrested.
A weapon was used during the robbery, but the victim is not physically injured, operations manager Anne Meyer in the Southeastern Police District told NTB.
“Three people have been arrested, and we know who the fourth person is,” Meyer said.
A mobile phone and possibly a bank card were taken from the victim, who is in his teens. The perpetrators are in their teens and 20s.
