A number of Telenor’s services have been unavailable since Friday. The error has been located, but it is uncertain when it will be fixed.
Since Friday morning, Telenor.no, “My pages,” payment by SMS, customer service numbers, some of the Telenor apps and the email service online.no have been down for the count, according to VG. Telenor does not know when the problems will be fixed.
“I can only say that we have found a fault and that the work is continuing. Therefore, we cannot estimate when this will be resolved. But we have our own employees and external resources in place that work around the clock,” says Telenor’s information manager Magnus Line.
On telenor.no this error message appears: “Hi, You have tried to visit Telenor’s website. We are currently experiencing technical problems and are working diligently to resolve the situation. Thank you for your patience.”
