Another nine cases of corona infection in Drammen have been identified as the delta variant.
Since last Monday, everyone diagnosed with coronavirus has been diagnosed with the delta variant.
That means that this variant may be becoming dominant in Drammen Municipality, local authorities warned in a press release.
“We want to keep the spread of the delta variant as low as possible. This virus variant has the potential to cause larger outbreaks,” municipal chief physician John David Johannessen stated on Friday.
