The Ministry of Foreign Affairs now advises against all travel, that is not strictly necessary, to any country. Norwegians that are traveling abroad are asked to consider returning home soon.

– “We are in a serious and increasingly unpredictable situation. Our priority is to safeguard life and health. It requires an extraordinary grip. The situation is changing rapidly in many countries, which is why we advise against travel that is not strictly necessary for all countries,” says Prime Minister Erna Solberg (H) in a press release.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs encourages all Norwegian citizens traveling abroad to consider returning to Norway as soon as possible.
