The Norwegian Directorate of Health warns against scammers who try to trick people into believing that they may have the Corona virus and tries to get them to pay for testing material.
-”Some call private individuals with the message that they may be infected. The persons are asked to provide card information in order to receive a testing set. This is fake.”, writes the Norwegian Directorate of Health on Twitter.
Furthermore, It is emphasized that testing is free in Norway, and that the municipal health service, which is responsible for infection detection will never ask for card information.
