Police are looking for a man in his 30s after a stabbing incident on Herøya in Porsgrunn on Thursday night. The victim is probably not seriously injured.
The police were notified of the stabbing on Herøya at 3:20 AM on Thursday. The incident allegedly took place outside a home.
The victim is a man, in his 30s. He was taken to the emergency room.
“The police are also searching for a named man in his 30s who is suspected of being behind the stabbing incident. He has the status of the accused in the case. The victim and the accused know each other,” Southeastern Police District wrote about the incident.
Police at the scene have conducted technical investigations and questioned witnesses.
