The police are looking for one perpetrator after a robbery at knifepoint in Bergen

The police are looking for a perpetrator after an employee at a 7-Eleven in Bergen was threatened with a knife on Saturday. The robber ran away with an unknown amount of money.

“One person inside the 7-Eleven threatened the employee with a knife. The employee had to hand over an unknown amount of money before the robber ran from the scene,” operations manager Jørgen Ommedal told the newspaper Bergensavisen (BA).

The incident took place at Torgallmenningen at 6:30 AM on Saturday.

According to the police, there were no injuries after the incident.

“The person ran from the scene, and we are actively searching for suspects. We have not yet got hold of this person,” Ommedal told the newspaper.
