Kongehuset has posted a greeting and a picture on Instagram where the whole family is gathered in beautiful summer weather.

“The royal family wishes everyone a really good summer,” the Instagram post says.

The King, Queen, Crown Prince and Family, and Princess Märtha Louise and two of her daughters are gathered around a long table. The occasion may be the celebration of Queen Sonja’s birthday on Saturday, July 4th.

It is not stated in the post where the picture was taken, but the queen has often celebrated her birthdays at Mågerø outside Tjøme.
