So far this month, there has been 51 millimeters of precipitation in Bergen. Only twice before has less been measured. This November is the driest in 98 years.

Both Storm and Yr report very modest rainfalls throughout the month. Thus, Bergen is well prepared to have its driest November in 98 years, writes Bergens Tidende.

November is also likely to be the third driest in Bergen ever.

Meteorologist Oddlaug Nese at the weather forecast in Western Norway tells BT that it is expected to rain 2–3 millimeters of rain in Bergen before November is over. If the wind is north as now, the record may be set, but she will not exclude anything.
