Two men and one woman were arrested and charged with sexual abuse of several children under ten years old, according to Bergens Tidende.
The charges came up on the Scheduled case list at Bergen District Court. All the accused were remanded in Bergen County Court for Friday. The first remand hearing started at 9, and police prosecutor Inger-Lise Høiland has petitioned for closed doors.
The three accused are aged 20 to 40 years old. The abuses they are accused of occurred in a neighborhood in Bergen several years ago, and over many years. The newspaper got information the children are under ten years old. The penalty is a maximum 21 years in prison.
Attorney Eric Espelid representing one of the accused men said:
– My client denies culpability, to BT.
