A total of 58 new corona-infected people have been registered in Tromsø in the last 24 hours – four fewer than the day before when an infection record was set in the Municipality.
A total of 571 tests were carried out in the Municipality’s testing centers on Thursday, the Municipality wrote on its website.
Tromsø has recently had high infection rates, and on Thursday, a daily infection record was set with 62 new registered infection cases.
Tromsø announced several new corona recommendations on Thursday. Among other things, the Municipality recommends all adults reduce the number of close contacts and increase the use of home offices.
It is also recommended to keep an increased distance from others in public places and wear a face mask indoors when it’s difficult to keep a distance.
