In the last 24 hours, 87 new corona cases have been registered in Tromsø Municipality.
There are 16 corona patients admitted to the University Hospital of Northern Norway, according to the Municipality.
A total of 421 corona tests were carried out at the Municipality’s testing centers, and 291 people are in isolation due to COVID-19.
On Wednesday, stricter corona measures in the city came into force, including mandates for wearing face masks on public transport and in shops, requirements for home offices, and table service at restaurants.
