A total of 280 new corona cases have been registered over the weekend in Trondheim Municipality.
The Municipality states that 123 people were registered infected on Friday, while the figures for Saturday and Sunday are 94 and 63, respectively.
During the three days, around 2,300 PCR tests were performed.
On Monday, 15 patients with COVID-19 were admitted to St. Olav’s hospital in Trondheim. Five of the patients were in the intensive care unit, and four on respirators.
There have been a total of 22 corona-related deaths at St. Olav’s hospital. The last was registered on Saturday.
