A dead person was found in Nidelva in Trondheim on Monday afternoon.
The emergency services moved out to Nedre Leirfoss in Nidelva in Trondheim Municipality after it had been reported that a person had been observed in the water below the dam.
“The task leader on-site confirms that a dead person has been found in the water below the dam.
“It is currently unclear who the person is and what has happened,” the Trøndelag Police District wrote on Twitter.
