Two people infected with the mutated coronavirus in Trondheim have broken isolation rules, newspaper Nidaros writes.

On Monday, security guards revealed that two people who were initially put in solitary confinement in Trondheim went out and took part in several activities, according to the newspaper.

With the help of a foreign-speaking nurse, work is now being done to find out where the two people who left isolation have been.

The information was confirmed by Trondheim authorities on Tuesday, according to Norwegian Broadcasting (NRK).

According to the newspaper Adresseavisen, the case is being followed up by the police. This means that there will also be a new round of infection tracking.
