Two men in their 30s have been charged with physical assault against a parking attendant in Oslo after they were given a parking ticket.
The incident happened last summer reported Romerikes Blad newspaper.
According to the charge, the parking guard was repeatedly hit at several places on the body and face. The guard was on sick leave for twelve weeks after the episode.
“Unfortunately, such incidents occur regularly, but fortunately there are not many serious episodes of violence” said Lars Monsen, general manager of the Norwegian parking association.
