Two men are accused of raping a man in Oslo in June last year.
According to the indictment, the victim was sleeping and was unable to resist. The accused are cohabitants, newspaper Avisa Oslo writes.
Lawyer Henrik Bliksrud, the defense counsel for one of the accused men, says that the client rejects the accusations.
“The position he has expressed to the police all the time is that he does not admit criminal guilt,” Bliksrud said.
The case will take place in Oslo District Court from November 9 to 11.
