A tow truck driver at Ammerud in Oslo was attacked by several men when a car was to be towed from a bus stop. Police have arrested two men in their 20s.

One of the two apprehended men is the owner of the car, while the other is a friend of his. They are reported for threatening the driver with a knife and violence, the Oslo police informed on Twitter.

The driver is said to have been attacked and threatened with a knife at the Flaen bus stop.

The tow truck driver is said to have been hit in the face.

“The tow truck driver is doing well, and he is not seriously injured,” the police noted.

The reason was to be towed because there was no driver in it, and it was an obstacle at the bus stop, the Oslo Police District stated. The police reported the incident at 9:38 PM on Wednesday.
