Two men in their 20s have been arrested under suspicion of robbing a grocery store at Rosenhoff in Oslo late Sunday night.

The two were stopped by a patrol in Bertrand Narvesen’s road at Hovin around midnight between Sunday and Monday.

“A patrol ended up behind a car in question and stopped it. A pistol was found in the car, and we suspect the two men in the car to be behind the robbery. Both are in their 20s and have been arrested and taken into custody,” operations manager Christian Krohn Engeseth in the Oslo Police District told NTB.

The police were notified of the robbery at 11:06 PM. Two men entered a grocery store in Rosenhoffgata, showed a firearm, and made threats in order to get cash from the employees.
