Two people injured in knife fight in central Oslo – two men in their 20s arrested

Two people have been arrested after a fight between several people at the National Theater in Oslo on Saturday. Two people suffered minor cuts.

A knife was used in the fight, according to the police.

“The first report indicated that 15 people were involved. We sent out several patrols, which arrived quickly at the scene. The first suspect was stopped shortly after,” operations manager Christian Engeseth in the Oslo Police District told NTB.

Police have arrested two people, and a knife was found at the scene. Both of those arrested are men in their 20s. They have been arrested and will be questioned on Saturday.

The victims are a man in his 20s and a woman in her 20s. The police do not know the reason for the fight.

According to witnesses, a perpetrator allegedly actively chased after the male victim. The man and woman were slightly injured after being hit and cut with a knife.
