Two boys in their teens are accused of raping a 12-year-old girl at a solarium in Oslo in April this year.
Police believe that the two boys, who are both over 16 years old, met the girl at a subway station earlier that evening, TV 2 writes. Then they went to the solarium.
The defender of the older of the two boys, lawyer Aase Sigmond, says that her client denies criminal guilt.
Police attorney Christian Hatlo told NTB in May this year that a total of five people were arrested in connection with the incident that occurred on April 12. The family of the girl reported the case, and the five were arrested based on the girl’s explanations and surveillance photos, according to the police attorney.
TV 2 writes that the case against the other three boys has been dropped based on the evidence.
