UDI: 279 new asylum applications from Ukrainian citizens registered in Norway on Friday

A total of 279 new asylum seekers from Ukraine were registered in Norway on Friday. 

A total of 1,268 asylum seekers have been registered in the last week.

On Thursday and Wednesday, 246 and 173 new applications for asylum from Ukrainian citizens were registered, respectively.

The Norwegian Directorate of Immigration (UDI) began to provide an overview of Ukrainian asylum seekers in Norway on February 25. Since then, 1,656 applications have been registered.
