In the last 24 hours, 1,301 corona infection cases have been registered in Norway – 386 fewer than the same day last week.
In the last seven days, an average of 1,371 corona infection cases has been registered per day. The corresponding average seven days ago was 1,423.
On Friday, 116 corona patients were hospitalized – twelve more than the day before.
Furthermore, 35 of the patients are in the intensive care unit (ICU), and 17 among them are on respirators.
A total of 174,649 people in Norway have tested positive for COVID-19 since the beginning of the pandemic.
