On Wednesday, 132 new corona cases were registered in Trondheim. A large proportion of those infected was born between 2002 and 2011.
A total of 46 people in the aforementioned age group have been infected, and 40 of them are of primary school age, Trondheim Municipality stated in a press release.
Of the 132 infected people who were registered on Wednesday, 59 are men and 73 women.
On Tuesday, 70 new infection cases were registered in Trondheim, while 212 new infection cases were registered on Wednesday last week.
