Update: 200 new corona cases registered in Trondheim

A total of 200 new corona-infected people have been registered in Trondheim in the last 24 hours. That is 54 fewer than the day before.

The Municipality states that 48 of the infected are under the age of 20, while 78 new cases have been registered among people in their 20s.

In addition, 30 people in their 30s, 25 people in their 40s, and 15 people in their 50s have been registered as infected. Among people over the age of 60, six new cases have been registered.

A total of 774 PCR tests were carried out in Trondheim on Wednesday.

On Friday, nine patients with COVID-19 were admitted to St. Olav’s hospital in Trondheim, two fewer than on Thursday. Two of the patients are in intensive care, and both are on respirators.
