Update: 2,134 new corona cases registered in Oslo in the last 24 hours

A total of 2,134 new corona infection cases have been registered in Oslo in the last 24 hours. That is 789 more than the same day last week, but 1,148 fewer than on Friday.

In the last two weeks, an average of 1,944 infection cases have been registered per day.

The infection rates are highest in the Søndre Nordstrand district, with an infection pressure of 4,910 infected people per 100,000 inhabitants in the last two weeks. The figures are lowest in the districts of Nordre Aker, Nordstrand, and Ullern.

The peak of infection in Oslo was registered on January 11, 2022, with 3,296 cases in one day.

A total of 125,921 cases of infection have been registered in Oslo since March 2020.
