Update: 225 corona-infected patients are currently admitted to hospitals in Norway – 35 more than on Friday
On Monday, 225 corona-infected patients were admitted to hospitals in Norway. That is an increase of 35 patients from Friday.
Out of the total, 35 patients are on respirators, and 53 are in the intensive care unit, according to the Norwegian Directorate of Health’s overview on Monday.
Since February last year, 228,526 people have been diagnosed with the coronavirus in the country, preliminary figures for Monday from the national reporting system for infectious diseases (MSIS) show.
