Update: 275 corona-infected patients are currently admitted to Norwegian hospitals
On Sunday, 275 corona-infected patients were hospitalized in Norway. That is an increase of eleven patients from the day before.
Furthermore, 46 patients are on respirators, according to the Norwegian Directorate of Health’s overview on Sunday.
Out of the total, 232 of the corona patients are hospitalized in the Southern and Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority region, 30 are hospitalized in the Western Norway Regional Health Authority region, seven are hospitalized in the Central Norway Regional Health Authority region, and six are hospitalized in the Northern Norway Regional Health Authority region.
Since February last year, a total of 92,469 people have been diagnosed with coronavirus in Norway, Sunday’s preliminary figures from the national reporting system for infectious diseases (MSIS) show.
