Update: 428,995 Norwegians have received the first dose of the corona vaccine

A total of 428,995 people have been vaccinated with the first dose of the coronavirus vaccine in Norway, the National Institute of Public Health’s (FHI) statistics show on Thursday. 

Furthermore, 230,725 people have received the second dose.

A total of 18,892 people received the first dose on Wednesday, and 16,371 people received the second dose, according to the FHI.

Most people have received the first dose in Viken (99,490) and Vestland (49,150). The fewest people received the first dose in Troms and Finnmark (19,133) and Møre og Romsdal (22,337).

Most people have been given the second dose in the counties of Viken (47,169) and Vestland (27,142).

The first corona vaccine in Norway was administered on December 27.
