Update: 97 corona-infected patients are currently hospitalized in Norway
On Monday, 97 corona-infected patients were admitted to hospitals in Norway - an increase of three patients from Friday.
Out of the total, 17 of the patients are on respirators, and 27 are in the intensive care unit, according to the Norwegian Directorate of Health’s overview on Monday.
Since February last year, 190,533 people have been diagnosed with the coronavirus in Norway, Monday’s preliminary figures from the national reporting system for infectious diseases (MSIS) show.
