Two people have been diagnosed with coronavirus after a rave party with up to 200 people in Vestby. A man has been reported, and infection tracers are struggling to reach all the party participants.

A man who is believed to be the organizer of the party has been reported for violating the Infection Control Act. The party took place on a remote small farm on Saturday, July 24, the newspaper VG writes.

“We found out about this event when an infection tracking team from another municipality made contact. Two people who had been at the event tested positive for corona,” emergency manager Rune Sletner in Vestby Municipality noted.

The Municipality eventually received a guest list with 150-200 names, but some of the participants are only listed with first names, according to Sletner.

“We are struggling to work effectively when it comes to the guest list. As it looks now, we will not be able to reach all the party participants,” he noted.
