Last month was the warmest March in the 137 years that temperatures started being recorded globally, according to the American research institution NOAA.

NOAA shows in a report that the average global temperature in the land and the sea in March this year “was the highest for the month of March in NOAA’s records, which dates back to 1880”.
March also marked the eleventh consecutive month for records of high temperatures, according to National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
